Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Free-tier audits are limited to one per email address and per device.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit URLs you don't own or have permission to analyze.
• Submit URLs containing illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content you don't have the right to share.
• Use the Service to scrape, redistribute, or resell our scoring output as your own product.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or device-fingerprint controls.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay in the currency shown at checkout.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel from the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Quota resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused audits do not roll over.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us within 14 days of charge if something went wrong.

4. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including the scorers, recommendations engine, UI, and brand. You own the content you submit and the audit results we generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process your submissions for the purpose of running the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard on scoring accuracy, but we don't guarantee specific search visibility, citations, or rankings. AI search engines change frequently and outcomes vary.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. We will retain your data for a short window after termination so you can request export or deletion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India, unless local law requires otherwise.
